At the same time, touch the back of the teeth with your tongue and bring your hands to your face, resisting the muscles stretching your lips. Repeat this exercise 3 times a day.

A raised forehead

It allows you to strengthen the largest muscle in the forehead. Tighten and lift the muscles above your brow, which is simply frowning. Then try to smooth the wrinkles from the base of the eyebrows towards the temples with your fingertips. Repeat this exercise 20 times at a fairly quick pace. Don’t worry about the reddening of the forehead, it is due to the increased blood circulation in this area.
