Upload the movie to your Google Drive first, and then add the captions in SRT format as a separate file there as well. Then follow the steps below:
- Open Google Drive in your browser
- Find the video you just uploaded and right-click it
- Select Manage Caption Tracks from the drop-down menu .
- Click the Add New Caption Tracks button on the right side of the video
